Event Planning

Many of the events that we are involved with are “showcase” driven meaning groups of vendors, crafters, artists and more who all gather together to host an EVENT: Fundraisers, Promotional Events, Ladies Night Out, Boutique Showcases, Meet & Greets, etc. On our blog you may find promotional posts for upcoming events that we are involved with that you should attend for fun shopping or if you are planning an event. We may also do features for events that we attended or that we were in.

Event Coordination works very differently than Party or Wedding Coordination and often involves a COMMITTEE of volunteers who are all on board with a common goal for the event.

Where we come in is the position we are hired to fill on said committee. We may be THE Chair person, A Chair person or simply a resource who guides the committee in the right directions.

Beginning Options
Emcee Package– We are at the forefront of your Event and have full Chair responsibilities
Midway Package– We are on the committee but do not hold a chair position and fill a large advisory role
Savvy Package– We are not on the committee but meet with chair holders to guide and advise. We will attend set up and provide limited promotional efforts.
Fees– Clients pay for all outside hired catering services directly with the catering company, reimburses GEG for any receipts of purchased favors, supplies or materials, and pays a Coordination Package Fee of a minimum $800*
*Coordination Package covers building of Project Blocks, personal shopping, setup prior to event (excluding food), design of any paper products (excludes production of items and invitations) and coordinators time.

Schedule your Initial Consultation to discuss each service plan in details and to develop your own Personal Estimate Invoice. No package covers ANY tangible or promotional expenses of the event itself, but only the intellectual coordination services provided by Green-Eyed Girl. Success of fundraisers is not guaranteed.

How we can help you….

We offer a few “starting packages” where we group together commonly requested services. However, it is very important to understand that you are in no way “locked” in to any package. We actually TRACK every single minute we spend working on your event and can present it to you at any time throughout the planning process so that you know and trust that you are getting your money’s worth. We know it is a big decision to hire us and we want that decision to be worth it, reduce your stress level, not add to it, and leave you feeling confident about your event when you leave a meeting with us. When we sit down together we will build you your own personal estimate for just the services YOU need for your event and delete anything you don’t. Or months into the planning, if we never had to provide a service, we’ll deduct it from the bill. You shouldn’t worry about paying for something you didn’t get! Or, perhaps you only need a little from us, like the Savvy Package to start with, but there are 1-2 great things in the Emcee Package you want to tag on… No problem! It’s your event and we’re here for YOU. You can get whatever you want!
Maybe you are on a great track, want to be in charge of every little detail, but just need some guidance and organizing from someone with experience, or you just need a time line built, a vendor connection, or a problem-solving strategy… Come see us for just a HOUR, get your answers and be on your way! Emcee Package- $2,200 Estimate: Full Chair Responsibilities

Decoration Package Add-on: $100 plus GEG as your personal shopper and decorator. You pay 75% of purchased retail decorations that are reusable, 100% of retail purchases that are expendable. Add-on includes one additional setup hour prior to your event.
